We are all in recovery for something. And one of the biggest barriers to recovery is trying to do it by yourself. Everyone should have the opportunity to reach out and ask for assistance. However, that does not mean that you are helpless and don't have power, choice, and voice in what happens for you. I offer individual, couple, and group therapy from a strengh-based, client-driven perspective. I specialize in sexual addiction and other compulsive behaviors. Additionally, I work a lot with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and even sports performance. If you are struggling, I can likely be of assistance. CBT is one of my primary methodologies.
I believe, "You already have what you need so together let's find it!" It is hard to reach out for help and it feels daunting and scary. But it just might be one of your most important choices.
