Stressed? Anxious? Depressed? Overwhelmed? I can help. I have a large toolbox of techniques that have been helpful to those who are suffering from stress, anxiety and depression. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, Positive Psychology, Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Walk & Talk Therapy, and Eco-therapy. I have offices in Ottawa, ON and Pontiac, QC. Walk & Talk sessions are available in Ottawa, Aylmer, Hull, and the Pontiac. Skype sessions are also available.

Pressed for time? Try "Walk & Talk Therapy". By walking and talking with a trained therapist, you will combine the benefits of exercise, fresh air and counselling. Exercise promotes the release of endorphins (feel-good hormones) and gets more oxygen to the brain, allowing for more creativity and better problem solving.

Research indicates that exercise in nature can reduce stress, depression and anxiety, and increase self-esteem. Walk and Talk Therapy can help you balance mind, body, and spirit. I also teach clients mindfulness meditation techniques such as Body Scan, breathing meditation, and lovingkindness meditation.
