English
| Français I support individuals who have experienced intimate partner, domestic, sexual, or post- separation violence, as well as people affected by mental health challenges, trauma, and migration related difficulties. I offer a safe and respectful space where your experiences are welcomed without judgment. My goal is to help you regain stability, dignity, and a sense of empowerment.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Psychology and Sociology. I have 18 years of experience in psychosocial intervention, working with diverse populations in clinical, community, and institutional settings.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or post traumatic stress disorder. Some are facing burnout or significant parental stress. Others are navigating grief, low self esteem, or the impacts of a complex migration journey. I also support couples and families dealing with relational tensions or various forms of violence.
My practice draws on different approaches depending on each person’s needs and the issues involved, including systemic, intersectional, motivational, crisis focused, and intercultural approaches. Together, we explore what influences your reactions, relationships, and coping strategies. I strive to create a warm environment where you can feel safe.
