I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, with over twenty years of experience in the helping profession in various roles. I offer individual counselling for adults and older youth (16+).
My approach is client-centered, meaning that I tailor my interventions to suit your unique needs and preferences. I use evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and other modalities to help you cope with your difficulties and enhance your well-being.
I believe that counselling is a collaborative process that requires trust, respect and compassion. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I also believe that counselling is an opportunity for learning and growth.
