I work with pre/teens and their families. Areas we would work on is improving feelings of self worth and compassion. Teens would learn how to deal with stress and emotional overwhelm and learn to communicate in healthier ways. This would help them to be better equipped to handle challenges in the future and prevent mental health issues further down the road.

I understand that the teen years can be such a challenge. Having someone to confide in outside of friends and family can be so helpful.
