I am a Licensed Psychologist and Coach who works with men, women and couples who may be experiencing difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, burn out, relationship challenges, and whom wish for a life that is rich and fulfilling. As a trauma informed therapist. I understand how painful life experiences can affect us and alter what we think might be possible for us. My sessions provide a container to connect more deeply with our experiences, learning to love ourselves and others. An IFS lens assists clients to bring harmony to different aspects themselves and make choice that support themselves and those around us.
My post graduate training includes EMDR and EFT Tapping as well as somatic mind-body modalities such as mind-body movement, and Focusing. I take courses in sexuality, ,women's empowerment, the art of relating and and non violent communication. I am certified Heartmath Pracitioner and love helping clients tap into their heart's intuitive intelligence
I realize it is sometimes difficult to take a first step and I offer a free telephone consultation so that you van get to know more about my approach and how we might work together. I am currently offering sessions online and in my office in Westmount.
