I have been working with folks for 30 + years and held many roles. Presently, my area of focus is anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and life transitions. We can explore using existential, compassionate/wisdom focused and mindfulness tools. Using evidence-based strategies like CBT, ACT, CPT I will help you strengthen your coping strategies.
