I work with my clients to help them to deeply explore and make sense of their struggles, uncover their inner wisdom and resilience, and become their best, most authentic selves.
I support clients experiencing a variety of concerns related to stress, mental health, relationships, career, disordered eating, perfectionism, and existential questions. My counselling approach is person-centered and holistic. I draw from mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, CBT, DBT, and attachment neuroscience to fit each individual's needs and concerns.
Individual and couples counselling can help unlock habit patterns in our minds, bodies, and relationships that keep us stuck. I am a certified Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC. Listening and supporting people on their journey toward wellness, fulfillment, and renewed vitality is my passion.
