My specialty is helping individuals and families move through relational challenges, inner & outer conflict, stress/burn-out, issues of self worth, emotional regulation; clearing traumas, recovering from grief/loss, reconnecting with authenticity and moving forward with lightness, renewed energy, and enjoyment. I am a registered psychologist and registered play therapist and have been supporting people to create positive change in their lives for over 30 years. My approach is warm, direct, honest and personal. I collaborate with clients, helping clarify blocks, uncover resources, learn skills and create long term change.
I focus on the whole person and the uniqueness of each individual using a variety of evidence-based interventions including EMDR, ACT, CBT, and Family Constellation; interventions are tailored to each client. Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Expressive Arts help children and adolescents with self-esteem, social connectedness & emotional well-being.
I work with adult clients in person and online. Sessions are one hour in length and or longer for EMDR/trauma-work. I work with children, adolescents, and families in-person as my approach is ’hands-on’ and interactive.
