Managing Emotional Triggers- sadness and fear
This group will be offered in the spring if there is interest. The session will be 2 hours in length and will focus on the negative self-talk that tends to interfere with joy, life planning, work, and family. Learning new skills and strategies to manage thoughts and core beliefs will be central to this workshop. Sharing with others will be optional.
