I am an expressive arts therapist working from a person-centered approach. I am inspired by liberation healing and am invested in understanding colonial impacts on mental health. I value the intersectionalities and breadth of human identities, dis/abilities, experience, and creative expressions. I understand and respect how these aspects may contribute to one's mental health and life challenges. My work is centered around relationships and using the arts and dialogue as catalysts for personal inquiry, discovery, and growth.
I am known for my dynamic and creative treatment style, delivered with a relational and inclusive approach. I provide a comforting environment ensuring confidentiality is achieved. I use a variety of artistic modalities (poetry, music, visual arts, movement, theatre) to engage and empower individuals’ creative spirit and expressive voice.
I am currently accepting new clients and referrals for virtual therapy and am glad to offer a free 30-minute consultation.
