The Impact of Global Events on our Mental Health
We’ll explore how world events affect our mood, mental health, our feelings about life and our place in it. Issues discussed will include how global news has impacted you, as well as current global tensions. We'll explore how AI is creating change in your life, and make space for the environment, the role of women in society, and more. You’ll be supported as you process thoughts and feelings about the changing world and your place within it. The group begins Friday May 1st, 2026. Each group runs online through Zoom for one hour.

Social Media: Exploring our habits & behaviour
Join us as we explore the challenges around social media including our online behaviour, our connections, and how we feel about those interactions. In this group we’ll share our own experiences and process the impact of these interactions on our mental health, life, and relationships. We’ll explore individual values around online behaviours, and you’ll learn how to set yourself up for healthy, balanced online connections, and get clear about what you want to gain from your digital world, and what you might be able to change about it. Join us for 4 sessions over 4 weeks.
