Virginia’s main therapeutic approach is based on an integrative perspective that includes Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Therapy. Based on the premise that every person is unique, Virginia is focused on creating a warm and culturally competent atmosphere to establish the foundation to work towards healing.
