Please note that I am not currently accepting new clients. Hi, I’m Vincent! I’m a Black, queer and trans social worker, activist, and community educator based in Kjipuktuk, Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq. I am authorized to provide social work services to residents of Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Québec, and Ontario.
I operate mainly through a humanistic, trauma-informed, anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens that is rooted in sex positivity and harm reduction. I work with all different kinds of people, but I have a specialty in working with 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC folks. A deep love and solidarity with my communities is at the core of my work.
I know how difficult it can be to find a clinician who meets our needs. I also know that building a trusting relationship is essential to creating a conducive environment for therapeutic intervention. I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation so that we can get to know each other better and make sure that we’re a good fit.
