Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) involves both pinpointing and clearing the lingering influence of traumatic events for transformative change.
Unlike other treatment modalities, with RRT, it is not necessary to relive painful past events. My approach combines elements of hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming and transformative humour to communicate in a way that allows for trauma to be resolved quickly and painlessly, allowing for you to get more out of your therapy sessions.
