I am a certified counsellor with extensive training in psychotherapy. Over the last 13 years, I have been working with a range of problems and disorders in individual adult therapy. I predominantly have been working with clients who suffer from anxiety disorders, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.
My goal in therapy is, through developing safe and trustful relationships with clients and using scientifically based approaches, to bring the clients to a deeper understanding of themselves, of the roots of their problems, and to bring healing to their lives. I offer therapy in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
