When you wake up each morning, do you look forward to the day ahead, or is there a knot in the pit of your stomach? Perhaps you feel sad, anxious, or stressed, or you’re overwhelmed by all of life's responsibilities. Whatever has brought you here, please know there is hope... A psychologist since 2007, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and single-event or complex trauma, including adverse childhood experiences, work-related stress, and motor-vehicle accidents. I pride myself on creating a relaxed therapeutic atmosphere, where you are free to be yourself and talk about the things that matter to you.
Along with talk therapy and other experiential techniques, I offer specialized training in EMDR therapy, a proven method at the forefront of trauma treatment. For EMDR, I offer an immersive experience for my clients where you can choose how you process, even listening to ocean waves!
