I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor offering online therapy through Viewpoint Counselling. I work with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, or difficult relationships. My integrative, trauma-informed approach blends Clinical Hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and gentle somatic practices.
