I work from an anti-racist, anti-ableist, anti-colonial position. I feel honoured by the BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, and Neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, SPD) folks (ages 16+ typically) who trust me with their stories, and questions, joys and worries.
I support couples to regain common ground, reconnect with respect and curiosity, and navigate their connections with care.
I help students explore their goals, explore pathways to academic success, and learn to advocate for themselves.
I work with health care providers and administrators, first responders, and executives navigating work, life, and bravely examining implicit bias in their work.
I specialize in values-based work. I help folks re/connect to what matters most to them. It’s important to me to honour the deep knowingness that clients bring; my role is help bring it into their own awareness. If I see patterns, I ask questions about them. Together, we critically reflect on self and situation, examine beliefs and ‘self-stories’.
