Welcome, I'm Vidhi! I believe healing happens not by “fixing” ourselves, but by reconnecting with the parts of us we’ve had to hide or dismiss. Sometimes that means sitting with discomfort and uncertainty. Other times, it’s about noticing the small moments of clarity or relief. I aim to create a space where you can explore at your own pace, whether that’s working through emotions, navigating transitions, or understanding how past experiences might be showing up in your present life. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-focused perspectives, and I draw from multiple approaches to best suit your needs.
These approaches allow us to move between understanding the “why” of your experiences and exploring practical ways to feel more grounded in our day-to-day life. I also draw on mindfulness and somatic tools, knowing that our bodies often carry what words can’t express.
At its core, I believe therapy is about creating space for self-reflection, for feeling, for growth. My role is not to give you answers, but to help you ask the questions that matter most to you, and to walk alongside you as you navigate what feels important.
