I WELCOME ALL OF YOU who are ready to make deep and lasting changes in your life to find fulfillment, meaning, new skills and appreciation. I believe that each one of us is on a journey of recovery, healing, repairing, growing and learning how to manifest authentically and creatively. I also believe that the individual personal work we do directly impacts those in our life and our society at large. I know that we need to be connected to our families, neighbours, communities to find health. Similarly, we need to honour our land, our resources and all sentient beings. I look forward to meeting you in person or at a distance.

I work with adults and teenagers experiencing depression and anxiety. I also work with people experiencing trauma, spiritual crisis, relationship issues, loneliness, problems due to medication, and stress in many forms. A block of time in my practice is kept open daily for those in crisis, who cannot find adequate support through the public system. I also work with couples wishing to heal relational concerns, and those with an inclination towards spiritual practice/life. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome people from all faith backgrounds and walks of life. Sessions are available in-person, by email, and via video.

I counsel and support individuals who are struggling with life issues. Do you question yourself by asking " where did I go wrong in life?" " Is this all there is for me? "Do you seem to be on auto pilot and just navigating your life but not really feeling any joy? I am passionate about my work with Indigenous people and I draw from my skill set and life experiences as an Indigenous person to help people with their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. I am a Certified Life Coach and I can also help them build healthier relationships and reach their personal goals.

I work with clients that are experiencing life transitions, recovering from grief, loss, and trauma. I use a trauma informed approach and walk along side people as they navigate change. I create a safe and non judgmental environment for people to process their feelings, and create change in their lives. I have worked in palliative care nursing, mental health, and geriatric nursing, prior to becoming a counsellor. I have supported a variety of clients dealing with life changes, grief, depression, anxiety, and bullying.

Pegah believes in the unlimited potential and the power that we all share as a human being. I believe the major reason that individuals would encounter barriers and gridlocks in the process of accessing their potentials and internal resources is the primary context as well as their current one. Therefore, I provide my clients with my full presence and genuine support during their journey of self-discovery and actualization of their unique gift and potential that embedded in each of us since our birth.
