Gabriela Abbas is a mental health professional whose passion is to guide individuals through both their external and internal struggles under a holistic, evidence based approach. She is specialized in CBT, ACT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing and DBT Therapy Interventions.

Ravonn Kauffman’s counselling practice focuses on working with clients to achieve clear goals in a short period of time. Ravonn works with clients to make positive changes in a period of weeks or months - long-term treatment, while possible, tends to be undertaken only as a series of these smaller steps so that clients see progress, grow without developing dependence on the process and feel free to step away to try other approaches.

No one is exempt from the ongoing struggles that life challenges bring us. At some point you may have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, issues with relationships, grief or loss. Going through these things can be intimidating, but you do not need to take this journey on your own. I am passionate about creating a positive and comforting therapeutic environment to work alongside you and to achieve your desired goals. I believe in the value of recognizing both physical and mental well-being in determining the best path to success for you.

Life is nothing short of amazing. It's amazing how much we can go through and live to tell about it. It's amazing how fast kids grow up and time flies, how angry a co-worker can make you, how much compassion we can seem to have for others when we struggle to offer any to ourselves. It's amazing how much we put on our plates when all we need is to rest. It's amazing how much we can long for understanding and connection and how much opportunity can be missed right in front of our eyes. It's amazing how short life is. It's also amazing how much we can learn in the time we have, and how little steps can amount to such massive change.
