I have worked in the field of Social Work for over 8+ years, and have diverse experience supporting individuals, couples and families navigate complex situations and difficult life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals and families that have a loved one(s) with complex mental health concerns and addictions, and those who are struggling to set boundaries, and navigate our health care system. I also provide bereavement support.
My priority is to make you feel heard, while working through your most challenging moments, and help you to identify and achieve your goals. I work from an attachment-based model, and I practice with a trauma-informed lens. I focus on creating an individualized treatment plan that incorporates a variety of techniques and modalities that best suit you.
