I work from a trauma informed and attachment-based model to help explore underlying root influences of experience. I use a strengths-based, collaborative approach that empowers the skills, knowledge, and capabilities you bring to session. I want to support you in the journey, where you are, making needed connections back to self towards a meaningful relief.
