Victoria Trauma Therapy Centre offers virtual trauma therapy, including EMDR, somatic, and Gottman methods to help you work through trauma, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, and depression. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that don’t make sense, we can work together to process what’s underneath and move forward. We support clients with trauma, panic, PTSD, complex PTSD, grief and loss, OCD, and relationship challenges in a way that feels steady, supportive, and focused on real progress. We are a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming practice.
We integrate evidence-based approaches, focusing on neuroscience to regulate your nervous system, leading to lasting change. Victoria Trauma Therapy Centre offers counselling to individuals, couples, and families. All sessions are virtual and provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Social Workers.
