As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Holistic Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Author and Speaker, I work with family of origin issues, inner child work, depression, anxiety, toxic patterns of behaviour, couples, life purpose issues, grief & loss, depression, codependency, anxiety, addictions, marital strife, parenting, mother, father, & sibling issues, workplace disharmony, repetition/compulsion distress, poor self esteem, conflict resolution, trauma, and anything else that is compromising a person from fully living in joy, ease, well being, health and happiness.
I am able to integrate traditional talk therapy, life coaching, visualization, meditation with body centered modalities to assist in grounding and relaxation while processing difficult topics. I provide brief and long-term Transformational Holistic Psychotherapy, Motivation and Inspiration, Stress-Reduction, Couples Therapy, Polarity and breath work & Reiki
My sessions are 90 minutes as I find that to be a wonderful chunk of time to get allot done. Clients really appreciate the longer therapy format.
