Announcement icon I offer tele-therapy (video/phone) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty. Start with a free 15-minute consult.
If you are struggling with disordered eating, anxiety, perfectionism, low self-worth, caregiving, or big life transitions - I can help. I work with you or your family to collaboratively build a therapy road map that will make change possible. Most importantly, we will always work towards YOUR goals, at your pace. If you are feeling lost and are unsure about setting goals, that's ok too - we can always start by exploring your wants, needs and values so that you can feel confident in taking next steps that make sense.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental and compassionate. I also believe that therapy should be accessible so I offer services virtually so that you can attend from the comfort of home.
It can be hard to know from a brief bio what therapist is the 'right fit' so I offer a free phone consultation that let's us get to know each other and answers any questions you have. If you want to learn more about me first, visit my website where there are details about my training, therapy approach, clinical research and mental health advocacy work.
