The world we live in is faced pace, high pressure and full of challenges. Most humans are willing to talk about and address physical challenges head-on, I want bring the same approach to Mental Health. I offer support through these challenges, work to build resiliency and reach the goals you have set. With a strong therapeutic relationship, open-mindedness, and a completely judgement free environment. The goal being to allow you to feel understood, accepted, supported and to empower you.

I've had the honor of working with people of all ages and neurodiversity’s both in private and pubic settings. My practice offers counselling for everyday challenges, as well as a Trauma specific approach, and Performance therapy. Having experience as both a high level athlete and artist, I know first hand that mental health wellness is important to success.

There are many reasons one may seek out therapeutic services, but no matter what that reason is, I believe that it is a unique and personal experience for each individual.
