We will deepen emotional, somatic and cognitive awareness while building skills for tough days. We can process trauma safely and build compassion for how you’ve survived. Ultimately, we connect with your authentic self.
I’m a very human therapist, and ground my work in compassion, a sense of shared humanity, social justice and a touch of humour. I also identify as a queer & fat therapist with lived experience.
