As a Registered Psychologist, I aim to create a warm, welcoming, empathic, and safe environment for you to get what you need out of therapy. I have a direct but playful and gentle approach to my work and strive to tailor my method and pace to each individual. I provide trauma-informed care, incorporating attachment and anti-oppressive perspectives.
I support individuals from diverse backgrounds build emotional awareness, connect body and mind, gain coping skills, practice healthy boundaries, form and maintain healthy relationships, recover from traumatic childhood or adult experiences (e.g., sexual violence, abuse, traumatic loss), and live life more meaningfully.
