My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, healing, integrative counselling approach by combining traditional talk therapy with alternative treatments, such as Breathwork, EFT Tapping/Thought Field Therapy, Mindfulness and Reiki Energy Healing modalities when appropriate.
With experience of working with individuals from all walks of life, I provide support in matters such as abuse and trauma, addiction, domestic violence, family conflict, mental health and life transitions, while specializing in regulating the nervous system and healing the inner child (unresolved childhood needs & wounds that can impact the adulthood stage).
