I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, specializing in work with children, adolescents, and young adults. My training and experience are diverse. I’ve supported adolescents in an Alberta Health Services collaborative inpatient unit and, as a former guidance counsellor, have provided counselling to at-risk teens. In private practice, I’ve conducted psychoeducational assessments for learning disorders, giftedness, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I offer strategies for clients with ADHD and more. In therapy, I am respectful, open-minded, and grounded in Client-Centered paradigms.
I support teens and young adults in relationships, social skills, stress and anxiety, school performance, ADHD, life transitions, phobias, emotion regulation, self-esteem and self-harm. I have developed and facilitated group programming for youth, adults, and parents. I've also worked with adults with developmental disabilities and have trained CSWs.
I value community wellness and engage in local initiatives. I am a member of the South Asian Police Advisory Board and Chestermere Mental Health Coalition.
