My experience includes working with persons who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, domestic violence, stress, life transitions, family conflict and work and organizational issues. My practice is client centered, resilience based, and trauma informed. I view each person in the larger context of their environment.
I am committed to walking with you through the process. I will help you to identify your strengths and set goals using a trauma informed and anti-oppressive lens so that you can reclaim your authentic self. My treatment plan is tailored towards your needs. It is easier to reach a positive outcome when we work together. I provide evening and weekend hours.
