In my practice I value the opportunity to work with individuals who are experiencing grief and loss, depression and anxiety, parenting and family challenges, and the impacts of trauma. As a clinical counsellor and a mother I offer support to women throughout motherhood, addressing concerns for postpartum depression and anxiety, transitioning to motherhood, intimate partner challenges, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum loss, and processing birth trauma. I work in collaboration with the client to explore the issues and to support their emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
Promoting Maternal Mental Health, working with women and families as they navigate their journey as mothers and parents. I offer individual, couples and family counselling, workshops, presentations and support groups to support the health of the mothers in our communities and families. I also offer Nature-based therapy, which is a great way to support kids
