I believe reaching out for support is one of the bravest steps you can take. At the heart of my work is a commitment to meeting you where you are—honoring your story, your pace, and your hopes for healing. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you can explore your experiences, make sense of your internal world, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being. I hold a Master’s in Counselling and have over ten years of clinical experience. I also continue to deepen my expertise through specialized training, workshops, writing blogs, and keeping up with the most current evidence-based practices.
I approach therapy as both a science and an art: grounded in research, informed by theory, and guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for every individual. My areas include trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, negative self beliefs, and depression. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships.
To support deep, lasting change, I often integrate talk therapy with trauma-informed methods such as EMDR and somatic approaches. This allows us to work with memories, core beliefs, and disturbing body sensations that have become stuck, helping you shift the emotional and neural imprints that keep you locked in the pain. Healing is possible. Reach out today.
