My area of experience is work with Children, Teens, and Parents. Any questions about parenting, development, processing difficult experiences and emotions: I'm here to help. Behaviour, communication, or learning issues, fears, attachment, ADHD or ASD symptoms - let's figure it out together! Besides this I additionally trained to support people in crisis, stress, trauma, and grieving. Overcoming loss, adaptation to immigration - those are areas where I've been working last 10 years. Psychotherapy is my vocation, and I've been working in private and group counselling for over 20 years. I'm fluent in both Russian and English.

I offer online or in-person individual sessions for adults, teens, and children from 6 years old. Parents with infants and toddlers are welcome too :) I also love (and trained) to conduct group therapy and seminars dedicated to developing emotional intelligence, social skills, parenting, and finding your energy resources. Groups start every Sep and Feb.
