I work with challenging emotions, difficult periods of your life, career changing, life priorities. I additionally trained to support you in stress, trauma, and grieving. My other special area of experience is work with Children, Teens, and Parents. Any questions about parenting, development, processing difficult experiences and emotions: I'm here to help. Psychotherapy is my vocation, and I've been working in private and group counselling for over 20 years. I'm fluent in both Russian and English.

I offer online or in-person individual sessions for adults, teens, and children from 6 years old. Parents with infants and toddlers are welcome too :) I also love (and trained) to conduct group therapy and seminars dedicated to developing emotional intelligence, social skills, parenting, and finding your energy resources. Groups start every Sep and Feb.

Most of insurance plans cover psychotherapy. Just notify me if you need a receipt for insurance claim. You can also clarify with your insurance company in advance if your plan covers psychotherapy and what is the amount of coverage. It's good to know how much sessions you can have.

Our work together always starts with many questions from me to explore your situation and understand the goal of our therapy.
