Painful and terrifying experiences that we experience in childhood as well as in adulthood, can have lasting negative effects on our lives. I am trained in trauma interventions such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Prolonged Exposure and incorporate expressive arts in my work. I have experience working with military and RCMP members and veterans, First Responders, children, adolescents and adults who have endured traumatic experiences, loss/grief, anxiety and depression.
