I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor who helps children and adults navigate the emotional and relational challenges that arise from stress, trauma, and difficult life experiences. My clinical work draws from Trauma-Informed Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy approaches.
I am experienced with supporting survivors of violence, children and youth struggling with emotional or behavioural challenges, and individuals coping with traumatic injuries and life stressors. I provide culturally responsive care to Punjabi-speaking clients and families and I am an approved provider for CVAP and ICBC clients.
As a Canadian Punjabi woman, I understand how bicultural expectations and family systems shape mental health and relationships.
