I am a relationship expert with more than 25 years of experience in helping people build and enjoy meaningful and satisfying relationships. Whether it is with your intimate partner, or your parent/s, siblings, your children, or even if it is with your friends and work colleagues, you may find that relationships are complex and challenging, and they often bring up our attachment wounds and history. As a Registered Couples and Family Therapist, I have a vast amount of training and experience in helping you understand your patterns, your needs and your hopes, and I can help you build skills to connect better with people in your life.
To build deeper connections and real intimacy, we need to put in the hard work. Relationships often require that we have the difficult conversations, that we ask the hard questions and we demand accountability from others in our life. While I am gentle, warm, and caring in my approach, I am also good at having difficult conversations in therapy.
As a clinical supervisor, I focus on building relational skills and I particularly focus on promoting cultural competence in therapy and supervision.
I run two monthly supervision groups, one specifically focused on creating space for therapists and supervisors of colour.

Clinical Supervision Group
Clinical supervision is provided in a group format. 5-6 therapists, some new and some experienced, meet together monthly; Cases are presented and discussed in a collaborative, learning space. Rich clinical discussions unfold.
