I provide support to women and the transitions in their lives. I am a warm, friendly and attentive psychotherapist who strives to have your voice heard. I believ you arr the expert in your life. Primarily, my focus is on perinatal, postpartum and parenting concerns. I also have extensive abuse and trauma therapy experience. By listening with empathy and no judgement, I work with you to create a space to explore your situation and facilitate a path to healing and wellness. It is my goal to help women in their journey of healing towards a life with wellness and resiliency.

I provide therapy through a client-centred and trauma-informed practice. I strive to work holistically - my specialty is Feminist Therapy, and since i believe you are the expert in your life, I also use Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion/Somatic work and Mindfulness-Based tools.

It is also important to me that you feel safe and comfortable to share, so i use an Anti-Oppression lens. With a strong history of supporting women who have been abused, this informs my work. I have a unique understanding of the layers of healing that comes with this.
