Hello! With over 9 years of experience in psychiatry and mental health, I work with individuals, couples experiencing an array of psychosocial stressors and mental health issues. I have a particular interest in working with trauma and its impacts, and am an IVAC provider. My expertise also covers areas such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, attachment, parenting, and peri and post natal mental health. I am also an Accredited Family Mediator, participating in the government program (subsidized), and work with couples through the process of separation, family conflict and co-parenting planning.
I work from an attachment based, emotionally focused lens, while also drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural and solutions focused approaches, depending on client need. My aim is to provide a safe and collaborative space to support clients in achieving their goals, increasing their coping strategies, and developing a better sense of well-being.
