Coming from an integrative and holistic approach, I believe that optimal well-being is reached through a combination of the mind, body, and spirit. My primary therapeutic approaches are Narrative Therapy, IFS, and Strengths-Based. Being integrative, I enjoy incorporating alternate methodologies such as Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, and Person-Centred.
