You may be someone who carries responsibility well but privately feels exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Perhaps you have served in the Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, EMS, Correctional Services, or another frontline profession. You might be navigating trauma, operational stress, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, anger, or a difficult life transition.
You are capable and resilient, yet something feels heavy or unsettled. You want practical support, not just conversation. You want to feel understood without having to explain the culture you come from. Most of all, you want steadiness, clarity, and a way forward.
I provide trauma informed, strength based counselling grounded in research supported methods. Using Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices, we work toward practical, meaningful goals. I specialize in trauma counselling for CAF members, Veterans, RCMP, EMS, CSC, and other frontline professionals.
If you have been trained to push through and carry the weight alone, asking for help can feel unfamiliar. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for everyone else. You do not have to prove your strength here. This is a space where your story is respected and your pace is honoured. If something feels familiar, you do not have to navigate it alone
