While much of my work centers around supporting children and teens, I also work with adults who are healing from childhood trauma, complex PTSD, relational wounds, and narcissistic abuse. Whether you’re navigating long-standing anxiety, painful past experiences, or the lingering effects of trauma, I strive to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your story.
I offer a gentle, holistic approach that honors mind, body, and spirit. My priority is creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and heard. I tailor each session to your needs. Helping you quiet racing thoughts, heal old wounds, and find calm within - with a little laughter along the way.
