We all experience times of overwhelm in life- internally and in relationships. I'm passionate about helping people navigate these periods to show up in the world with authenticity. I know that problems can often run deeper than what is on the surface and I enjoy helping to work through historical experiences that impact the present. I regularly support folks with challenges with trauma, self-esteem, leadership positions, and working through difficult patterns or feelings of being stuck. I also see couples for a variety of relationship struggles. I am trained in EMDR therapy and I offer both ongoing and intensive formats.
In addition, I have intensive training in sex therapy and provide a full spectrum of sex-based supports- whether it is working through experiences of sexual violence or consent violations, managing anxiety or pain with sex, or navigating consensual non-monogamy in relationships, I love working to support finding a healthy relationship to sexuality.
My practice is online so you can access support from a space that is comfortable and convenient, and I offer daytime and evening availability.
