I work with youth and adults on a variety of concerns from a number of different perspectives. My approach is client-centred, strengths-based, and attachment-focused. Working in an integrative fashion, I often rely on existential, narrative, and somatic-based therapies. I have further training in trauma-informed and expressive arts therapies.
I strive to practice ethically, creatively, and with integrity. I aspire to help my clients find hope, self-acceptance, and growth in line with their goals, as well as pride in their successes. Every human being deserves understanding, kindness, and compassion, and as such, I strive to develop healthy and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
