In life, we'll experience uncomfortable feelings, abrupt changes, endings, feeling stuck and helpless on how to navigate things we weren't ready for and I'm here to normalize although this journey isn't perfect asking for help is an example of true strength and self-awareness. I primarily work with young couples and young adults managing issues such as relationships, emotional abuse, unresolved childhood trauma, social media, family relationships, school, career and, burnout issues.
I work in a person-centered, feminist, and mindfulness approach in person and online (my home base is Winnipeg,MB) where I gently assist my clients in walking through past experiences to understand how it impacts their life today and sometimes challenge client's thoughts by reframing them together.
I have over 10 years of working in the mental health field in a variety of settings such as group homes, educational settings, clinical settings, crisis work, youths and, much more. I provide patience, kindness and honesty and aims to help my clients build skills to be in more in touch with themselves and to create the safety and life they deserve.
