Hi I'm Vanessa (she/they) a neurodivergent psychologist based in Mohkinstis (Calgary) on Treaty 7 Territory. I offer trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming therapy for adults and teens with my assistant Jolene the beagle by my side. I use a blend of evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART - eye movement based trauma processing).

Now in private practice, I draw on years of experience working in specialized clinics for treatment of eating disorders, addictions, and PTSD.
