My practice reflects a comfortable and inclusive space for children, youth, adults, and families to explore mental health, trauma, goals, stories, and healing.
My practice invites a gentle approach to building a sense of self-awareness, and understanding of our patterns and behaviours using Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
