Sessions move at a steady, compassionate pace, allowing space to explore boundaries, coping strategies, grounding practices, emotional regulation, and ways of navigating distress with greater steadiness and self-compassion.
My practice takes a gentle, supportive approach to self-awareness and understanding patterns, using Somatic Experiencing (SE I–III), EMDR Basic Training, CBT, DBT, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
