My practice is rooted in the integration of established theoretical model and I view the process of therapy as a collaborative conversation where you can feel safe and supported as we work on your presenting concerns.
Together, we will identify and replace unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping tools and emotionally healthy habits which align with your values. My focus is to help you develop insight into your unique experience, build more fulfilling relationships, alleviate emotional distress, and successfully navigate life's challenges.
